-   User Support per Ticketsystem und Telefon (1st & 2nd Level, DE/EN)

-   Beratung, Bearbeitung und Lösung von Softwareproblemen zu unseren Produkten von RECY Systems GmbH

-   Dokumentation zu technischen Problemen im Ticketsystem und im Wiki (DE/EN)

 

Profile/Qualifications

-   A completed apprenticeship in the IT sector or in an IT-related environment is advantageous

-   Initial knowledge in the operation of ticket systems Service- and service-oriented working method and very good communication skills

-   Analytical thinking and independent working

-   Team spirit

-   Fluent German and very good English
